We need your help!

For the RRCG to continue to effectively address the quarry we need both people and money:

– Help with doing the work. The existing Board cannot do the amount of work that is needed to be successful, and in some cases do not have the skill required. Please see the attached “help needed” page and contact Craig Edwards (in person or email at ) to discuss how you can help.

-We also need financial support. Thanks to all the early donations that have enabled us to make progress. In the next phase, we estimate that we need $12,000 for land use experts and attorney fees. Without this level of support we will be severely limited on what we can accomplish. Please make your donations on the RRCC Donation page .

Please note the ANSWER from DPER regarding property issues:
24._The quarry operator shall be responsible for any damage to nearby properties, including domestic water supply wells, attributable to blasting on the subject property. Claims for any such damage shall be the responsibility of the affected property owner and the quarry operator to handle directly between themselves, but a failure of the quarry operator to respond in good faith to any such claim may be cause for denial of future grading permits, or prohibition or restriction upon future blasting.
