There has been a significant update to our web page RagingRiverCG.org. Our goal is for this page to be our central location for the RRCG communications. We hope you use it to send us messages about your concerns and any suggestions you may have. If you are not a member it easy to join the RRCG on our webpage. We are also interested in creating a Raging River Watershed gallery, so if you have any photos you would like to share, send them to us.

Present Quarry Updates Noise:

As of 08/09/16 the Stop Work due to exceeding the noise limits is still in place. From time to time noise mitigation testing is allowed. We will continue to follow this issue and give the group a head's up if there are any significant changes.

Please note the ANSWER from DPER regarding property issues:
24._The quarry operator shall be responsible for any damage to nearby properties, including domestic water supply wells, attributable to blasting on the subject property. Claims for any such damage shall be the responsibility of the affected property owner and the quarry operator to handle directly between themselves, but a failure of the quarry operator to respond in good faith to any such claim may be cause for denial of future grading permits, or prohibition or restriction upon future blasting.
